Hi Everyone,

So far it has been a wonderful summer. I've been busy at work on my next novel, which I just sold to my editor at Morrow Avon, Lucia Macro, for publication in 2009.

I've also been getting some wonderful feedback on Gilding Lily and am looking forward to September when it will finally be on the bookshelves. I'll be doing a few events in New York and Oscar de la Renta has generously offered to host my book party in Dallas, but stay tuned for my official book tour schedule.

Also, I recently filmed an interview at HarperCollins headquarters in New York. It was incredibly fun and David Reyes, the very talented designer, loaned me a gorgeous dress to wear for it. Thank you David! I'll post a link to the interview soon.
